What makes AAAA+ premium
AAAA+ is where the shelf starts looking like a magazine page. Trichomes are visible without a loupe — catch the light on a bud and the surface glitters. Calyxes are plump, pistils are preserved through a careful hand-trim, and the cure has gone long enough that the moisture is perfectly balanced between sticky and springy. Crack the jar and the aroma actually takes up space in the room.
Our AAAA+ cultivators are the people who take a batch off the trellis a week later than the commercial average. They're running smaller canopy spaces, drying in humidity-controlled rooms, and treating every jar like it has their name on it, because it does. We pay more for this flower at Best Value Weed, and we charge accordingly — but the margin we keep on AAAA+ is the same as AAA. You're paying for what's in the jar, not for our rent.
Who AAAA+ is for
Smokers who care what the flower looks like before they grind it. Anyone cooking infused butter or making pressed hash who needs higher starting material. Customers who want genuine premium flower without the boutique-shop markup. People who used to pay $55 an eighth at the mall dispensary and realised they were subsidising a brand, not a bud.
Typical cultivars at this tier include high-end indoor hybrids — Zkittlez, Runtz, Apples and Bananas, Gelato 41, Motorbreath, Jealousy crosses. THC usually lands between 22 and 26 percent, but the headline number matters less here than the terpene complexity. This is flower you taste.
How we price AAAA+ by size
AAAA+ is $12 per gram, $35 for an eighth (3.5g), $65 for a quarter (7g), $120 for a half (14g), and $180 for a full ounce (28g) — about $6.43 per gram at volume. At this tier, many customers buy by the quarter or half and rotate strains across the month rather than commit a full ounce to one cultivar.
If AAAA+ is your favourite shelf but you want to try the absolute top, AAAAA is the next step. For the full grading methodology, see our grading guide.
