We try to keep our online menu accurate, but cannabis retail inventory moves quickly. A product shown on the site may be out of stock by the time you arrive. Prices, strains, potency figures, and package dates can change between batches. If something specific matters, please call ahead to confirm.
Product descriptions are drawn from cultivator information, Health Canada test results, and our own tasting notes. They're offered in good faith; effects vary person to person, and nothing on the site constitutes medical advice.
In-store purchases
All sales happen in person at our Dunlop Street location. We do not sell online and we do not ship. A call-ahead reservation is not a completed sale — it's a hold. The sale happens when you come in, show ID, and pay.
Provincial regulation prohibits the return of opened cannabis or cannabis accessories. Unopened product in its original tamper seal may be returned within 7 days with receipt. Defective hardware will be replaced under the manufacturer's warranty.
Limitation of liability
The website is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranty that it will be error-free, continuously available, or fit for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Best Value Weed is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the information on it.
