Two free 30-minute spots directly in front. Paid municipal lots on Collier and Mulcaster, both a two-minute walk. Free after 6pm and on Sundays.
Transit
Barrie Transit routes 2, 3, and 8 stop at Dunlop & Mulcaster, half a block west. The Allandale Waterfront GO station is a 15-minute walk south.
Getting here
Barrie is small enough that every route is short. Here's what works best depending on how you're arriving.
Exit 400 at Dunlop Street (Exit 96), head east about 2 km. Free 30-minute spots at the curb; longer stays use the Collier Street lot one block north.
Barrie Transit routes 2, 3, and 8 all stop within a block. GO Train riders from the GTA arrive at Allandale Waterfront — a flat 15-minute walk up Bradford to Dunlop.
We're on the main downtown strip — walkable from Meridian Place, the marina, and most of the restaurants on Dunlop and Bayfield. Wide sidewalks, cleared in winter.
