Customer Education Lead
Helen spent fifteen years in HR before leaving the cubicle in 2020 to do something she actually enjoyed. She's now the person at Best Value Weed who helps first-time customers figure out what they actually want, and the one who keeps the rest of the team up to date on Ontario's evolving cannabis law.
She has a knack for breaking down complicated topics — what an edible onset really feels like, why one indica hits totally differently than another, what Barrie bylaws actually say about consumption. If you're new to this, or if it's been twenty years and you're curious again, she's the best first conversation in the shop.
